Arrival & departure
Upon your arrival, your room will be available after 2 p.m.
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Please notify us by phone if you arrive after 6 p.m.

Prices
Prices for half board are stated in euros and per person and day for a minimum stay of three nights. All previously issued prices are cancelled with the publication of this price information.

Deposit (to ensure the reservation)
For a binding reservation, we kindly request that you transfer a deposit in the amount of € 150 per room.

Payment
We accept cash, bank checks, travelers’ and account-only checks, EC cards, ATM and credit cards.

Bookings
Booking requests become valid only after our written confirmation and following the transfer of the deposit.

Cancellation conditions - if everything turns out different suddenly...
"Cancellation" sounds bothersome and it mostly is for all those involved. But of course, something may come up at any time. If that is ever the case, we will of course try to accommodate you as far as possible. We will keep the deposit in case of a cancellation. And we charge 60% of the total price of the booked package for cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the vacation. In case of a late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total price of the booked package. Any already paid deposits will be included in the cancellation fees. Our cancellation conditions comply with those of the Italian Hotel Association. The place of jurisdiction is Bozen.
